Élevée Winemaker Dinner

Join Tom and France for a Summer evening 'Among the Vines' at Élevée Vineyard in the Heart of the Dundee Hills. We'll start with a wine reception and a Tour of the vineyard, where Tom will share the status of the growing season. We'll then return to our Vineyard Patio for passed appetizers and more delicious Élevée wines. Finally, we'll sit down for our family style wine dinner, paired with a special selection of our wines, all prepared by Red Hills from their amazing wood-fired green culinary truck.

Passionfruit, Grass, Dry, and Crisp

100% Pinot noir.  Our Pinot noir fruit is harvested and immediately pressed at low pressure with no rotation, to minimize contact with the red pigment-laden skins.






 

Powerful (yet Graceful), Seductive, Complex

A "Departure" from our Study in Willamette Valley Terroir, where we select the very best barrels, from multiple sites, to create a cuvée that is the marriage of the best of each.
